Delete Your Account

    Most of Tru Shark works without an account at all. This page only applies if you created a Tru Shark account (email and password) and want it, and the data tied to it, permanently deleted.
  

Option 1: Delete instantly in the app (recommended)

Open Tru Shark and go to Settings
Under Account, tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

Your account is deleted immediately - there is no waiting period for this method.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email solutions@tru-resolve.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will delete your account within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

Your account credentials (email, password) and sign-in history
Your Premium/subscription status record

What is retained

Feedback messages you submitted through Send Feedback are kept so we can continue improving the app, but they are disassociated from your account and email address once your account is deleted.

Data not tied to an account

Tru Shark does not require an account to use. If you never created one, there is no account data to delete - the app does not track you or store personal data without an account.
